Elder Buck Dudley

This is the latest letter that we have received from our son, Elder Buck Dudley who is serving in the Des Moines Iowa Mission. 6/26/2009.

Hey family, what's going on? I hope all is well with you guys! Things are going pretty good here in Knoxville. Kinda slow still but we're still praying for more people to teach and stuff but were still working way hard and staying focused and being positive and having faith that the Lord will work miracles if we hold up our end of the deal. So today is Sunday and our Zone is having a fast for baptismal dates that we have in our zone and baptismal dates that are going to be set in the next coming weeks so during lunch I am writing letters. So keep praying for me and Elder Richards to have success and for the people in Knoxville and Marion County to listen to us and for our branch to find people for us to teach, okay! Thanks for the package you sent me it was great I enjoyed all of it you guys are awesome, I couldn't have been blessed with a better family, I love you guys so much. I got my new bike on Wednesday so yeah, sorry if it was a little expensive but I got a light on the front and back and a lock and I used my money to buy a helmet, its a really good bike though so when I get home you both can use it! So we have been riding everyday since I have had it and its been nice to get out and exercise and get some fresh air. We have been trying to go to the rec center a few times a week to work out so thats been nice and we do service there so we get in free! I hope all is well at home and everything is going well.

Thanks for everything, I love you!
